How do athletic salts work?
Inhaling the salts activates the membranes in your respiratory tract. This then creates a chain reaction: An increased breathing rate leads to an elevated heart rate, which then activates the sympathetic nervous system. The sympathetic nervous system is the pathway the body uses to manage stressful events. Adrenaline kicks in and prompts alertness and focus. Your gross motor skills (i.e. lifting and running) are enhanced and you can now direct your energy and strength more efficiently. The duration of this reaction lasts up to a minute which gives you plenty of time to lift that weight!
Instructions:
- Unscrew the cap and prick or remove the seal. Carefully smell at a safe distance from the bottle
- Screw the lid back on immediately after use to increase longevity.
- Store between 8 and 20 degrees Celsius.
- Be careful, these are VERY potent. USE WITH GREAT CARE!
** Please note - the ammonia can seep out of the tubs sometimes, this is nothing to worry about and is essential that the tubs are made like this to stop excess pressure building up in them. Please consider this when choosing the location to store them, and also store upright at all times.

It is strong. However, I could not really use it for my lifts. I guess it could take some more time for me to get the hang of it to see the results. I have to maybe perfectly time it or something.
Strongest Salt Of all time
I was great deadlifting with it! It helps tremendously
works as described and is relatively strong worth it for its price 100%
Potent product; great value. Look no further for salts. You won't find a better purchase.
The best smelling salts make me stronger
The best smelling salts
Very strong and effective for it's price, if you you don't have an outrageous budget this one will get the job done and is super affordable, highly recommend!
First time trying any smelling salts. I've heard they stink, but it genuinely did not even register as a smell it is sooooo strong. I got 2 bottles!
didn’t read the instructions hit me like a truck but amazing if used properly
By far one of the strongest salts I’ve ever experienced, if you’re not feeling the PR this’ll make you feel it, worth it.
I love how the stinch is affective for the aggression and strength rather than just having a strong scent like others that I’ve tried and my favorite thing about it is it’s tiny so perfect for pockets but one thing that’s bad is the liquid got on my hand when I opened it so I assume the bottom of the lid is too long so the liquid just gets on the threads other than that everything good
The best smellings salts
A tad more intense then nose tork. I love this type especially when i bench heavy. Good stuff. Smell at least 4inches away
It was ok lol 🙂
Just what I needed!!! I do a lot of late night lifts due to my work schedule. This thing is just what I need when I feeling a little flat on heavy days. Definitely would recommend! Nothing crazy just right.
Even my dog could see the difference in my lifting strength!
Sniffing smelling salts wake me up from the dead after my work shift!!!
Package came on time. As soon as I got the smelling salt and i tried it, WOW!!! Powerful. I use it when I work out, at work i work third shift so a powerful wake me up. And it's crazy cause i use when I'm gamin too. I am 100% ordering more. Works good with pre workout as well.👍🔥🔥🔥
One of the strongest salts I’ve tried! Helped my PR on all three lifts at my last meet!
Very strong, Exactly what I wanted.
The one whiff of it really got my hyped. Very strong as it’s labeled on the bottle. Highly recommended
This little bottle packs a HUGE PUNCH! They did a good job on this one. The vapors are SUPER potent. Don’t make the same mistake I did and ignore the warning on the description. Will definitely recommend this. Good quality, potent AF, and very affordable. Give it a try. I’m glad I did.
As with all the other stuff I have it’s great. It was suggested I try some ammonia for competition and this is really really strong.
this stuff strong got me ready for this 455 pr
We use it for our ice hockey team. Players like it.
Very good, it is not that strong but still does what it should.
War alles bestens
Brutal intensiv im Vergleich zu den Glasreichampullen. Vorsichtig damit umgehen!
Great service and product!
top Riechsalz, am anfang sollte man es weiter weg halten bis man seine passende Entfernung hat :), ich nutze es für PR´s oder Max lifts. Kann es absolut empfehlen :)
